Job description: We are looking for Bonded Warehouse Co-Ordinator for our client based in Fareham.

Key Information:

• Salary: £22k per year
• Location: Fareham
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Accurate recording of all intakes of goods into the Bonded Warehouse.
• Accurate recording of all removal of goods out of the Bonded Warehouse
• Preparing appropriate documentation for all movements of stock within the Bonded Warehouse environment
• Preparing HMRC compliant documentation for all outbound goods from the Bonded Warehouse
• Preparation of monthly charge invoices for all Customers using the Bonded Warehouse facility
• Assist the CFO in ensuring system stocks and physical stocks are reconciled
• Work closely with Warehouse staff to resolve any stock issues
• Any Adhoc duties associated with the Bonded warehouse as and when necessary

In order to be successful, you’ll need to have the following skills and experience:

• Sound working knowledge of office procedures
• Previous experience of Bonded Warehouse processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• To be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to produce work to deadlines and to work under pressure
• Ability to be organized and able to prioritise own work and work unsupervised
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels
• IT literate in Microsoft Office packages with excellent keyboard skills
• High level of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality
