Salary: £48,000 per annum + Bonus

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday (5 shifts over 6 days)

The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury retail and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

• Provide personalised and attentive service to customers, creating a memorable shopping experience.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.

• Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest trends, collections, and features of our luxury products.

• Share product knowledge with customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Sales Performance:

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective selling techniques.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue opportunities.

• Visual Merchandising:

• Contribute to maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and organised boutique environment.

• Assist in setting up displays and ensuring products are presented attractively.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

• Clientele:

• Build a client database and engage in effective clientele practices.

• Follow up with clients and provide personalised recommendations based on their preferences.

• Operational Excellence:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for luxury products.

• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
