We are recruiting for a high-profile Brand Compliance Coordinator role with a global lifestyle brand.

As the Brand Compliance Coordinator, you will ensure the brand, its partners and intellectual property is protected online and marketplaces globally.

In the Brand Compliance Coordinator role, you will work closely with online Brand Protection Partners to protect the brand’s Intellectual Property through the identification and removal of counterfeit and infringing products online. Support law enforcement authorities globally in the identification of counterfeit products during investigations, removals, seizures, and raid actions.

As the Brand Compliance Coordinator, attend IP Enforcement meetings, when appropriate, as the brand ambassador, to promote communication, lobby governments, enhance product intelligence and build strong relationships with external contacts.

Assist with Online to Offline investigations and programs.

To apply, you should have at least 2 years plus Brand Compliance or Protection experience, ideally gained for a global brand.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and Enforcement.

Good knowledge of internet and online technology, systems, and software.

Ideally, have an Information Technology or Law degree, but not essential.
