Job Description

We are seeking a Bricklaying Lecturer to become an integral part of our dynamic Construction department. In this position, you will work closely with apprentices and external partners, offering guidance and support throughout their training both at the college and in practical work environments, in accordance with the latest apprenticeship standards. Your primary duties will include fostering bricklaying expertise, assisting apprentices in developing portfolios with employer backing, and consistently assessing their advancement.

The chosen individual will benefit from significant support within their role, as DNCG is dedicated to fostering staff growth. Opportunities for additional qualifications and specialized industry training will be available to promote professional development.
