• At least 3 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
• Competent IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Access to a personal computer as well as the internet at home.
• You must demonstrate that you have the legal Right to Work in the UK.

You will find our solutions covering over 1.3 million customer sites.About the roleAs a Business Admin Apprentice you’ll work as part of the Design Team to deal with inbound enquiries, manage a database, liaise with customers via phone and email, coordinate site visits, and general office duties. This office-based role will involve large amounts of working on a computer, as well as communicating with colleagues and customers via phone and email.Your training programmeThe training will consist of external classroom training, as well as on-the-job training shadowing experienced team members. By the end of your training programme, you’ll know how to confidently manage a database, process invoices, deal with telephone enquiries, and use an ERP system to maintain accurate records.Complete the programme and you will join our Head Office team as a fully qualified Administration team member. Here your training will continue, with close support from our early careers team.Assessment ProcessWe run a multi-stage assessment process designed to highlight your relevant skills, qualities, and aptitude.
