What you’ll be doing

• A successful Business Analyst will become key in driving IT initiatives forwards that add real value and improve the effectiveness of our growing business

• Prioritising the true understanding of requirements or problem and letting technology compliment that where appropriate never starting with the solution

• Working proactively both individually and collaboratively as a team both internally in IT and with the wider business functions to achieve results

• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders providing the transformation layer between shop floor and IT technical language

• Using a range of visual tools for process mapping and presentation to bring clarity and life to solutions

• Building trusted relationships with people to work from idea inception to a delivered solution through the ongoing business adoption of change

• Using math, logic and basic algorithms to translate manual, repeatable process steps into automated capture and analytics tools

What we’re looking for

• Innovative, change minded people (of any discipline), highly analytical and ideally have a vision and passion for transforming data into visually appealing outputs and KPIs that bring insight to a fast moving busy shop floor environment

• Good knowledge of typical office programs particularly Excel and experience in designing dashboards with awareness of user experience

• Excellent communication skills, be personable and confident, and can build fantastic working relationships with colleagues at all levels

• A good eye for detail, task orientated, and a completer/finisher to ensure our delivered projects are fully adopted by the business going forwards

• Comfortable working in projects following Agile ways of working, managing what comes with a fast-paced environment. Moreover, we’re looking for someone dynamic, proactive and adaptable to new requirements for which there is often no single correct solution so creativity is a must!
