Job description: Job Title: Business AnalystReports to: Senior Business AnalystWork Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office My client is recruiting for a business analyst who will be tasked with conducting comprehensive analyses within their operations. The selected candidate will propose enhancement measures and successfully implement outcomes for various projects. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in ensuring adherence to legislative and regulatory standards pertaining to building safety. Key Responsibilities:Make recommendations to the Senior Management Team to support decisions on any area of business change.Liaise with internal and external customers to identify business needs and perform analysis to enable effective change implementation.Manage projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective control and utilisation of resources (including budgets) to achieve project objectives.Review key business issues and strategize on improving business performance.Conduct data analysis to identify areas requiring improvement.Document and implement new and existing project management processes for project efficiencies and cost reductions.Ensure processes are communicated to and understood by all stakeholders.Contribute, as appropriate, to special programs and projects in support of the Group’s values and objectives. Essential:Able to demonstrate possession of a degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification.Project or Programme Management qualification (Practitioner level Prince 2, MSP, APM accreditation) Desirable:Business analysis qualification (Practitioner level BCS BA, Lean Six Sigma). Essential Work Experience:Experience of systems implementation and optimisation Proven experience in delivering business improvement projects within time, quality and budget constraints. Proven experience in the creation of business cases for change and other project documentation Proven experience of business requirement definition, leading to technology implementation Proven experience of producing quality business documentation, including process documentation using BPMN Proven experience of establishing deadlines and prioritising work loads Skills Required Strong ability to think creatively and laterally Good negotiation and presentation skills Excellent communication skills (Written, vocal, non-verbal and visual) Good stakeholder management skills Advanced Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint Intermediate knowledge of SAP Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
