Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our digital transformation initiatives. As a Business Analyst at AJW Group, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital solutions that drive efficiency and excellence across our operations.

What you will be doing

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements for digital transformation projects.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Digital Transformation Support:

• Work closely with project managers and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap.

Data Analysis:

• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support data-driven decision-making processes within the organisation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with business units to understand their objectives and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Ensure documentation is aligned with industry best practices and standards.
• Process mapping, as is and to be.

To succeed in this role, you will have the majority of the below skills, experiences, and behaviours:-

• Intermediate to advanced Excel (power query, power BI, and SQL, mathematical minded)
• Process mapping experience.
• Strong Business Analyst experience, working on digital transformation projects.
• Creative problem solver
• Can work independently and collaboratively with other IT departments and stakeholders around the business
