A Business Analyst with Fund management knowledge, data analysis, strong stakeholder management
IT project experience, IT product reviews, creating solution options, archiving experience, decommissioning experience.
- Business Analyst who can work more on the Business/Functional side rather than the technical side and ability to document the complete requirements in the Business/Functional side of the programme.
- Prior Knowledge of Wealth Management in context of Operations Resilience like Pensions, ISA Plan Manager, Financial Planning, Day to day management, Personal portfolios, SIPP, Investments, Retirement, Estate Planning and asks the right questions to different teams while documenting the requirements and has experience in supporting critical business process, creating controls framework around critical business processes, business continuity planning, process flows and process documentation around CBP.
- Prior experience in documenting Business/Functional side requirements for a Financial Firm or Enhanced Firm.
- Lead the testing part of the application and perform Self-Assessment of the application across different third-party providers involved in the application.
- Excellent communication and ability to communicate between different teams and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Enthusiastic team member who can work independently, lead the team towards the right direction and drive the work towards resolution.
- Project is half Waterfall and half Agile so someone who can be flexible with working in both environments and have knowledge on JIRA.
