Role Title: Business Analyst
BU/Segment: Analytics
Location: United Kingdom. Remote with occasional visits to Swindon
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Summary of the role:
The Business Analyst role within our Analytics BU is a pivotal position that demands a deep understanding of Financial Services, with a specific focus on the UK Banking domain. You will play a key role in guiding our clients through the impacts of VCAS on their systems and processes, ensuring clear articulation of business requirements to technical teams. With extensive experience in UK Banking and payments, this role requires adaptability, strong communication, and excellent stakeholder management skills to navigate rapidly evolving business landscapes.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
- Work with Client to understand systems/processes.
- Provide expertise to help Client understand the impacts and considerations of VCAS on existing and proposed systems/processes.
- Capture business requirements based on Client business stakeholder decisions.
- Articulate business requirements to Client technical teams
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- Experience in Financial services (preferably payments)
- Previous experience working in UK Banking domain is important
- 8-10 years’ experience working across UK based clients
- UK banking experience preferred
- Proven experience of working as a BA in Payment space of UK Banking
- Be able to guide the client with best practices
- Open to manage rapidly evolving business requirements
- Strong blend of technical & project management skills
- People skills including strong communication & stakeholder management
