Xpertise are excited to be working with a well-respected professional services organisation, helping them source an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work in their Solution Delivery Team. The scope of work varies from project to project but surrounds IT and Business change, working with both in-house and 3rd party teams. It is preferable that the right candidate has experience working on infrastructure, networking and/or IT security projects.

I’m looking to speak and meet with individuals who have experience working in the professional services sector who are ready for their next challenge. The right candidate must also have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
- Preparing business analysis documentation
- Supporting test plan creation and execution
- Liaising with business stakeholders, development teams, 3rd parties and clients
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders of varying technical understanding
Experience required:
- 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst
- Excellent Problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience liaising with C-level stakeholders
- Experience working within the professional services sector
