We have an exciting position available for Business Analyst to join us!
You’ll analyse operational challenges, conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions. Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of the organisation, processes and systems to enable detailed analysis and methodical review of systems and business processes; assess complex situations and problems, conduct gap and impact analysis and deliver recommendations for new processes and solutions
What we’re looking for:
Degree, HND, NVQ4 qualified in a relevant subject or professional qualification.
Skilled in the production of business process documentation and process mapping.
Proven ability to gather and review requirements, developing suitable processes and reviewing solutions.
Outstanding analytical skills.
Able to develop understanding of long-standing and complex problems and to apply professional knowledge and experience to solve them.
Previous experience of managing or oversight of small projects.
Experience of planning and progressing work activities within general and professional guidelines, using initiative and independent judgement in their application.
Ability to deliver presentations in a clear and concise manner to groups of people.
