We are currently looking for a driven Business Analyst located around the Sheffield area. Are you a dynamic and a customer-centric professional with a focus on process improvement? Then come and join our local client where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and gain valuable exposure to various fulfilling projects.
Role overview:
- Analyse and improve existing business processes and service designs across various teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity.
- Work closely with teams around the business to understand their needs and challenges. Translate customer requirements into effective and user-friendly solutions with root cause analysis, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and students.
- Nurture strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that align with the business goals.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system requirements. Communicate changes effectively to end-users and provide training as needed.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
What you would bring:
- Evidence of designing process improvements across an organisation that have delivered benefits to the business.
- Sound stakeholder management experience, demonstrating the ability to engage with diverse groups effectively.
- Ability to lead on assessing, facilitate, document on requirements and service designs within projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
