Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Strategic Change team as a Business Analyst.

We are looking for a hard-working individual to lead and facilitate business process improvement activities, capture, and detail high quality business processes/requirements/service designs; establishing current state, identifying gaps and non-value adds etc. Through research and analysis, you will evaluate services and processes to validate current state problems, uncovering and recommending areas for improvement.

For this role, you will:

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information seamlessly at both strategic and detailed levels.
  • Have expertise in Business Process modelling and value-stream mapping.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to prioritise your workload appropriately.
