Business Analyst
Currently recruiting a permanent Business Analyst for a non-for-profit organisation in Wakefield. The Business Analyst is responsible for defining business processes and documenting requirements to help the organisation maximise the value of new and existing technology. You will act as a liaison between the business and the technology team to ensure high quality delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities to streamline business processes
- Identify and elicit requirements business requirements
- Lead requirements workshops
- Present recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders
- Build relationships with stakeholders in the organisations to identify improvement opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring that business requirements are fully developed, documented and analysed
- Work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and resolve competing priorities through facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Documenting and mapping of ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes
- Identifying gaps and opportunities and resolving specific issues
- Work with the delivery team to ensure requirements are being correctly delivered
- Support delivery teams to develop and deploy solutions
