We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Head of Service & Sales with the overall performance of a busy call centre within the heart of Peterborough.

The ideal candidate will be a critical part of the Operations team, by being able to proactively and informatively, present and provide business insights for planning and forecasting across the contact centre.

You will have experience utilising Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Tools to build and analyse operational MI and reporting. You will have experience working under pressure, to deadlines, have a strategic mindset and be extremely organised. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Salary: up to £32,800

Skills / Experience / Knowledge:

  • Experience in utilising Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools to build and analyse operational MI and reporting.
  • Experience in Real-Time Analysis and planning and forecasting for a busy telephone- based operation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Confident in using negotiation skills to adapt change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and from all business areas to support the delivery of strategic corporate projects.
  • Collaborative, creative and innovative
  • Able to understand, analyse and improve customer journeys to enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to manage own time productively and to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions, to anticipate and resolve problems.
