Requirements

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Upgrades Department. As a data driven Business Analyst who can assist with our upgrades programme as we bring our customers onto a new platform. The role will involve a large amount of Data analysis and interpretation and you’ll be responsible for working with stakeholders from across the business.

  • Undertaking a gap analysis to understand the differences between existing and target platforms.
  • Working with relevant stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to quantify the gaps and make recommendations on which to close with development vs customer negotiation/education.
  • Supporting the migration phase for customer cohorts, working with Sales and Customer Support on cohort analysis, as well as defining the approach to minimising and addressing customer impact during this phase.
  • Working with the relevant teams including Customer Support and Learning & Development on defining business readiness criteria and producing training documentation.
  • Liaising with Engineering and Project Management to support, monitor and track successful customer migration between platforms alongside the Product owner.

Expected salary: £55000 – 60000 per year
