Acting on behalf of our clients, our project portfolio includes varied sports stadia, innovative bridges, national infrastructure, as well as shaping city skylines across the UK and further afield.

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Analyst to join our Group IT team in Dalton, North Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of IT related business projects (using either Waterfall or Agile methodology) through any agreed channels as part of the business development team.
  • Supporting proposals for systems change, development and integration
  • Sharing ideas and information with Project stakeholders clearly.
  • Proactively communicating and collaborating with all business units to analyses information, functional requirements, business impact and processes.
  • Documenting the business user requirements and process flows (as-is and to-be) in the agreed format.
  • Identifying the organisational impact of proposed change initiatives and discuss these with the relevant departmental heads.
  • Raising project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies to management in a timely manner, offering mitigating actions and taking ownership of individual items where appropriate.
  • Undertaking activities or tasks relating to assigned roles in RASCI matrix

Working hours are 8.30am-5.15pm Monday – Thursday 8.30am-3.00pm Friday.
