Job description: Burns Sheehan are partnered with a Manchester-based FinTech business that is partway through an exciting technology transformation. This company supports small and medium sized business across the UK to fund their growth.As part of their transformation and growth journey, they are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team and work closely with their Product Owner.What will you be getting up to?⭐Collaborating with the Product Owner to define the modifications necessary to advance the product roadmap, aligning this with business objectives.⭐Collecting requirements by conducting interviews and performing analysis to grasp and address specific business challenges or opportunities.⭐Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.⭐Co-ordinating with the technical team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and the purpose of each user story.⭐Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in both business processes and technology to enhance operational efficiency.⭐Providing regular and transparent progress updates to the Product Owner and business stakeholders.⭐Maintaining and updating documentation (requirements, process maps, user story maps, solution documentation).🚀This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience, looking for their next challenge. You will be joining an ambitious team with big goals and will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the way they do technology. This business is Agile and they have recently introduced Scrum, so experience in these areas is key.🗨️ Interview process
