Job description: SCC Flex Contract: Business Analyst – £450 per day – Worcester – Inside IR35Our client is looking for a Business Analyst, who will manage data, and create a service charge process within SAP.As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Migrate 3500 macros-dependent spreadsheets to SAP for service charge management, ensuring data integrity.
- Design and implement a streamlined service charge process within SAP, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyse data structures for process optimization and efficiency within the SAP environment.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff transitioning to the new SAP-based process.
- Monitor and refine the SAP service charge process for ongoing efficiency and accuracy.
The successful Business Analyst will have experience in:
- Service Charge
- Housing Association experience
- SAP
- Extensive requirements gathering for IT systems.
- Documentation and reporting experience.
