You’ll join the Digital, Data and Technology team which is responsible for enhancing organisational outcomes and effectiveness through the strategic deployment and integration of highly capable digital platforms, robust infrastructure, effective solution delivery, timely and efficient support, agile software development and insightful data analysis.About us:Education Development Trust is an education charity that exists to transform lives by improving education around the world. To ensure we capitalise on the opportunities provided by advances in digital technology we are expanding our digital systems teams with several key new roles.The role-holder will work within the Digital, Data and Technology team researching and documenting business requirements of new systems, major improvements to existing EDT systems, and engaging with internal teams and suppliers to support the delivery of these solutions using industry-standard agile methodologies. The work will be highly varied and will include supporting internal systems and educational development programmes in the UK, Middle East and sub-Saharan regions.Person Specification:Knowledge Essential:
- Detailed practical knowledge of current best practice in digital and data transformation including project management, solution architecture and design.
- Knowledge of best practice in user research.
- Knowledge of change management and business adoption of digital solutions.
- Understanding of business process improvement and design.
Essential Experience:
- Substantial experience and a proven track record of Business Analysis involving complex business change projects from conception to delivery, including project value £1M+.
- Evidence of success in prioritising work from multiple different stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationship independently.
- A customer-orientated mindset, focused on delivering highly usable solutions to a wide range of customers.
- Ability to communicate and form working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to challenge constructively and help build consensus to ensure buy-in and support with key stakeholders.
