Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and objectives for digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyse business processes and systems.
- Analyse data and develop insightful recommendations to improve business operations.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose solutions for system integration projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the London Market Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and system integration projects.
- Ability to effectively gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent analytically and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Claims and Underwriting end to end process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilising business analysis tools and methodologies.
Note: This is a contract job position in the Change Management department, focused on digital transformation and system integration projects.
Expected salary: £500 – 650 per day
