Responsibilities
Accountability and responsibility for supporting the continuous efforts to maximize the impact of the regional Offshore Sales Team
You will work with and support frontline Offshore Sales Teams across the Northern and Central European regions, consisting of the Regional Vice President, Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Package Sales Managers, Bid Managers and Sales Coordinators
Encourage Offshore Sales initiatives to improve commercial governance and efficiency while considering commercial, operational, contractual and sales perspectives
Work closely with regional and global functions to implement and improve the use of customized Salesforce CRM and Power BI
Interface with global functions on pricing and costing matters as they relate to sales, including in-depth pricing and cost analysis, particularly in a market-based or competitive context
Use quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to simplify complex tasks and prepare and present reports or recommendations to relevant management
Own and administrate critical commercial elements of the Salesforce CRM system
Support the generation and ongoing development of the regional market strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or similar
Recently completed corporate Graduate program: 2-4 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel user, experienced with PowerPoint and Power BI
Experience with Salesforce and bespoke CRM systems
Competencies
A solid understanding of business concepts with a good commercial and financial foundation
A methodical mindset, comfortable working with and presenting numbers
Able to dive into processes and structures to develop simple and communicable solutions to complex problems
Ability to work in a complex organization where effective partnership with stakeholders is key
Focused and capable of structuring and guiding own portfolio of initiatives
Organized, systematic, and with a natural attention to detail
Skilled verbal and written communication skills in English
Critical analysis of data
