I am working with a media power house who are seeking a Business Analyst to work on their ITAM and ITSM Programme.
This will be a hybrid 6 month role paying up to £650 per day Inside IR35
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Performing gap analysis between current local asses registers and new joined CMDB solution
Map, analyse and evaluate existing ITAM processes and identify areas for improvement
Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team, Infrastructure and Applications teams, populate the new CMDB with data currently managed locally within these teams. This will include combining current registers of hardware, virtual infrastructure, software licenses, desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
Create and document processes and procedures around maintaining and updating the new CMDB
Assist in embedding the new / adjusted process to ensure the CMDB is maintained and up to date in the future
