REPORTS TO: Chief Technology OfficerJOB SUMMARY:As a Business Analyst/Change Manager at Portwest, you will be responsible for capturing current business processes (‘As is’) and defining business requirements to develop effective solutions within Portwest. This role will play a critical part in driving measured continuous improvement at the correct stages of implementation.OVERVIEW OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Streamline business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Capture and document current business processes accurately (‘As is’).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during large-scale changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for business and technology initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis and change management roles.
  • Proven experience with companies undergoing large-scale changes.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
