To achieve this, we must have people from all backgrounds and cultures working across our teams, and we commit to creating opportunities for talent by being inclusive in all that we do.The Role:The role is based in London, within Fremantle Group’s Finance Headquarters with a hybrid working approach.This role presents a great opportunity to contribute to a major project in Fremantle Finance HQ in London, redesigning and future-proofing the management reporting processes and systems. The role is to support the finance system re-design/changes to drive efficiency, control, and transparency in Fremantle’s consolidated management reporting.Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to identifying and defining system improvements and solutions
- Present requirements to key stakeholders and help to drive these forward to meet local and group management requirements
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflow processes and system initiatives
- Analyse and document consolidation/elimination entries for appropriateness, considering local and group requirements
- Act as a key liaison with the IT departments on systems changes and updates
- Provide insight on consolidation/elimination entries to support local businesses result evaluation
- Prepare and conduct initial testing of system initiatives, with business support as required
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and summarise progress, results and issues as required
- Provide training and manage change as required
- Adhoc activities in relation to consolidated management reporting
Qualifications and SkillsRequired
- Accounting qualification
- Experience with financial consolidation (manual or system) and intra-group transactions and consolidation/elimination entries
- Excellent communicator with the ability to bringing people together and consolidate requirements
- Ability and confidence to deal with all levels of finance staff
- Accuracy and attention to detail are key
- Positive, pragmatic and collaborative approach to change management
Preferred
- SAP FC experience
- Understanding of impact of foreign exchange fluctuations
