Job description: Our client in London is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst III.

This will be an 12 months remote role.

Our client is looking for a passionate problem solver who is comfortable operating in ambiguity who is skilled at project and change management with strong communication and influencing skills.

Successful candidates for this team are adaptable, creative, proactive, and action oriented. They demonstrate a growth mindset and can successfully lead initiatives across various teams, countries and time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

Support with long term strategy setting and planning

Defining and implementing project management frameworks, processes, and easy to digest supporting documentation

Drive road mapping and prioritization across the teams and stakeholders

Conduct and elevate business review to influence team deliverables

Review and recommend better operating model for our global team to drive efficiency, reporting and planning

Influencing and building consensus to drive changes within the organization

Design and lead a communication strategy for our internal team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners across the company by translating strategic questions into structured analyses and defining success metric

Minimum Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting or program management

Experience leading strategy, operations and process improvement projects in consulting and/or in a relevant strategy/operations team.

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously on multiple projects to drive business results

Managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment

Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems

Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Experience with Data analysis

Consulting experience with focus on operations management

Proven success in project management or coordination role

Strong reporting skills in matrix environment
