Confident working closely with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Solutions Architects across all companies within the Simplify Group.The role requirements include:
- Elicitation and documentation of business requirements to enable the technology teams to deliver effective solutions
- Identification of business benefits
- Support in creation of business cases
- Supporting development teams
- Process Mapping and Process redesign

- You will ideally have held the position of Business Analyst previously at a UK based company
- A Product Owner with a background in workshop facilitation
- You will have worked in SDLC environments and familiar with Waterfall, Agile and Iterative methodologies. Although our environment is predominantly Waterfall, we appreciate those who can think outside the box and bring a self-developed approach to methodology when needed.
- You will be a strong communicator and presenter, with good reporting skills, and proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite
- You will be adaptable to rapid pace of change and conflicting priorities.
- Relevant qualifications are always viewed favourably although are by no means essential.
This role can be carried out remotely for the most part, however occasional travel to sites across the UK to attend meetings and build relationships with your team and stakeholders will be required.
