As a Business Analyst Manager you will join part of an evolving Transformation team and your primary focus will be to provide deep technical expertise in Analysis supporting the Head of Change and Senior Lead Analysts in the delivery of projects and programmes in the area they support.

You will be presented with opportunities to engage in projects early on, navigating complex challenges collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the business including senior figures. You will take a strategic landscape view of the projects with a view to providing clear solutions and to influence and shape items at the start of the process.

About the role

  • Consult and influence senior leaders in the direction of design strategy across the group, to achieve desired outcomes
  • Investigate, document and analyse current business processes; identify the organisational units which undertake activities and support the business
  • Provide consultancy on conceptual ideas and high level estimation and impact assessment
  • Support the development and adoption of company wide modelling approach and techniques
  • Identify key barriers to change, and appropriate solutions, including HR and legal implications
  • Influence changes in organisational design/operating models

About you

  • Expert knowledge and experience of Business Analysis related Modelling, design and Business Concepts
  • Expert in applying specialist knowledge across various business areas and maintains commercial and customer focused
  • Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders
  • Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change
  • Advanced understanding of business structure and key business principles
