It’s within this dedicated team at Marshalls that we’re recruiting for a passionate people leader.

What you’ll be doing:
The team are busy, and we need your valued experience! You’ll play a pivotal role in leading one of our Business Analyst teams to identify, design, and develop systems solutions that drive business performance and support our strategic objectives. You’ll oversee the delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and deliver tangible business value. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Business Analyst team in understanding internal customer IT and systems requirements, building strong relationships. Initially the work will be focused in supporting our Sales function.
  • Collaborate with business leadership steering committees to shape our group-wide business systems strategy.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle using Agile techniques, from initial business case to final business sign-off.
  • Design and deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 systems solutions within budget and aligned with expected benefits.
  • Actively promote Marshalls Digital Change Programme and drive cross-functional process expertise.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a positive working environment.

What you’ll need:

  • A proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Proven experience in delivering IT transformation projects particularly in Sales and Marketing
  • Expertise in digital technologies including cloud computing, AI, IoT and data analytics capabilities
  • Experience of leading the implementation of a CRM or ERP solution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
  • The ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Analytical approach and problem solving skills
  • This role will manage a team. We don’t need you to have done direct line management before, but we are looking for the potential you hold to be a great people leader
  • The ability to travel and work from our Head Office in Elland on a regular basis – you need to currently live within a commutable distance please
  • Bonus points for experience of implementing MS Dynamics F&O and CE and implementing Salesforce
