Here’s what you can expect to get up to…

  • Working with our customers to advise and implement Microsoft Copilot solutions
  • Gathering, analysing & documenting requirements.
  • Play a critical role in providing research, analysis, and insights to support our client’s Microsoft Copilot projects
  • Continuously monitor and analyse Copliot performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Creating business cases for Copliot

What’s needed?

  • Proven experience as an Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role ideally in a consultancy/agency environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and wider M365 solutions.
  • A love for everything AI – keeping up to date with latest developments.
  • Wider knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • A strong communicator as you’ll be expected to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners daily.
  • Proven experience of working across the full project lifecycle
