EDT is embarking on an ambitious transformation programme that will see the deployment of many innovative technologies covering everything from SAP S4/HANA, Software Defined Networking, Cloud Computing, Azure Analytics, ServiceNow and many other leading IT solutions.About the roleThe Business Analyst P2P will be responsible for partnering closely with Accounts Payable and Procurement team, to improve the procure-to-pay processes within Eviosys. Responsibilities will include:Collecting & analysing data to identify stakeholder needs, recognising insights to improve the P2P processWorking with key stakeholders to define new & improved business processes, using technology to aid successPreparation of business cases, diagnostics, projects plansChange management, training requirementsBusiness process mapping, producing training materialsTesting of system changes, implementation of proposed changesAbout youApplicants for the Business Analyst P2P role will have:Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or worked in the P2P area (with focus on process / continuous improvement / transformation)SAP experience and other Accounts Payable softwareStrong analytical & problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skillsExperience of working in a project / transformation environment, with an understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)On offerHighly competitive salary and benefits package which includes annual bonus, 25 days annual leave, generous employer pension contribution (9%), private medical insurance, life assurance (7 x salary), on-site parking, subsidised canteen, EAP & Mental Health First Aiders.
