Job description: My client is in search of a Business Analyst to join their team and collaborate with the Customer Service department in collecting business requirements. The primary objectives include establishing prioritised requirements that address the Customer Service team’s needs and facilitating an omnichannel customer experience, incorporating elements like Chatbot, live chat, IVR options, etc.
The key qualification for this position is an individual capable of engaging with diverse Customer Service stakeholders to extract essential information, ultimately driving operational efficiencies and improving the overall patient experience.
Key skills –
Extensive, demonstratable Business Analysis experience
Omnichannel customer experience
Wealth of experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
Analyse and document current processes and systems, creating detailed requirement documents.
Interpret data to provide insights into business trends and performance.
Evaluate existing systems, recommend improvements, and assess potential solutions.
Work closely with business and IT teams to align goals and facilitate communication.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Assist in developing change management plans and provide support during implementation.
Pharma experience (desirable)
