Spanning over 50 countries and headquartered in Europe, the UK & Ireland division is poised for market leadership and this newly created role is an essential addition that will secure that position.This newly created role reporting to the Head of Marketing, requires someone with vision and influence to build out a new capability within the business. You will create structure around business analytics and reporting, with comprehensive KPI dashboards (Power BI) forecasting/budgeting, segmentation, competitive intelligence and market research to support products through their lifecycle.Key Responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour
- Collaborate with global teams to shape research initiatives tailored to the UK & IRE market
- Utilize multiple data sets to enhance sales strategies and optimize performance
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to visualize key data points
- Lead forecasting activities using statistical models to predict market movements
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, guiding strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
Candidate background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software
- Excellent project management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, translating complex data into actionable insights
- In-depth knowledge of the UK & IRE pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
