With your expertise, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and uncover valuable opportunities for product enhancements and user acquisition.Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as bridge between business needs and product strategy through robust data analysis; guiding rapid decisions and implementation.
  • Provide Investment Analysis and Forecasting in cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales and Clients, communicating key insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Design, build and continuously develop dynamic KPI dashboards in line with the needs of the Product teams, curating comprehensive data sources, designing, and managing business critical dashboards.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends that inform product strategy and own product experimentation framework to test the validity of potential primary growth drivers.
  • Translate internal and external research and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that guide leadership and stakeholders’ decision-making.
  • Uncover hidden patterns and trends in large datasets.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting where necessary to answer business questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement deployment strategies that deliver results.
  • Possess a strong awareness of current industry trends and best practices in product growth and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have a solid 3-5 years of experience in product analytics or similar roles.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in leveraging data analytics to derive product insights and drive growth.
  • Be proficient in SQL and R/Python.
  • Advanced skill in Analytical tools, Excel, Power BI, Data Visualization
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in possessing and promoting an experimental mindset.
  • Have exceptional communication, data storytelling, and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for industry trends in product growth and analytics
