As they continue to expand our digital capabilities, they are seeking two experienced individuals to join their team as Business Analysts/Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities: * Discovery and Requirements Gathering:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize your expertise in discovering key pain points and opportunities for improvement within the retail landscape.
  • Advisory and Consultative Approach:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to align digital solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Offer strategic guidance to drive the successful implementation of transformative initiatives.
  • Scoping and Project Planning:
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure that project goals are aligned with the overall digital transformation strategy.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Digital Solution Ownership:
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver value.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, recommending optimizations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the retail, consumer goods or hospitality sector.
  • Strong background in digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify and address business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in scoping, planning, and delivering successful projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a track record of adapting to dynamic project environments.
  • Ability to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
