As they continue to expand our digital capabilities, they are seeking two experienced individuals to join their team as Business Analysts/Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities: * Discovery and Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Utilize your expertise in discovering key pain points and opportunities for improvement within the retail landscape.
- Advisory and Consultative Approach:
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align digital solutions with organizational objectives.
- Offer strategic guidance to drive the successful implementation of transformative initiatives.
- Scoping and Project Planning:
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure that project goals are aligned with the overall digital transformation strategy.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Digital Solution Ownership:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver value.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, recommending optimizations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the retail, consumer goods or hospitality sector.
- Strong background in digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify and address business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in scoping, planning, and delivering successful projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a track record of adapting to dynamic project environments.
- Ability to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
