Supporting Theseus data process maps and working with the Data Analysis Team and Provider Data Leads to lead a programme to standardise use of the Care Record and data recording across and within Service Providers, including development of a system-wide Theseus User Manual.You will co-design and deliver a programme of data quality improvement on the existing system (including data quality metrics for routine surveillance and an audit programme).What do I need to have?At this level, you will be expected to demonstrate considerable experience as a Business Analyst, knowledge of the full range business analysis skills, activities and methods throughout the full project life cycle, and a significant track record of project experience in business change and/or ICT implementation projects.Direct knowledge of Theseus or equivalent systems in substance use or comparable care group areas such as mental health, and some knowledge of multi-agency care pathways would also be beneficial given the one-year nature of this post and the need to make early progress and impact.Why Bristol City Council?At Bristol City Council, we go that extra mile for our people; we offer a work environment which is fast moving and supportive, giving you the chance to use your skills and develop new ones within a high-profile organisation.
