Technical Skills: A
- 8+ years’ experience with underwriting system
- Candidate must have Business Analyst NAVINS experience.
- Strong in communication, able to work with Business and IT stakeholder.
- Strong Team player who can work with IT as well.
- Strong understanding of Insurance business processes.
- Experience in agile methodology
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Requirements management and communication
Roles and responsibilities:
- Should be able to follow industry best processes.
- Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.
- A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.

Qualification:
