Job title: Business Change Analyst

Job description: Hybrid working 2 days per week in either Glasgow, Liverpool or London office – whichever is closest to you

Be-IT is working with a leading wealth and investment firm, who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Change Analyst to join the team and support Head of the Business Change.

In this role you will act as an ambassador/change agent within the business to either support group initiatives and or take a leading analysis role on business led projects. You will work across a number of projects documenting requirements, capturing business impacts and much more.

For this role you will need the following –

  • Strong awareness of Enterprise Technologies such as – CRM solutions, wealth Management solutions and Business Intelligence / Data Reporting solutions.
  • Experience of production of Test Cases for UAT.
  • Good understanding of project management with some experience of project planning and scheduling.
  • Extensive knowledge of process modelling techniques with the use of business modelling tools.
  • Commercial and financial understanding.
  • Strong written skills required to produce analysis and design documentation, with the ability to explain complex scenarios in an easily understandable way.

Remote and office working – office locations in Glasgow, Liverpool and London. You can be based at any of these locations.
