Job description: The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Project Change LeadLocation: Hybrid (Peterborough office based 1-2 days per week)Are you a Change specialist with an interest in IT? Do you obtain a Change Management qualification such as Prosci? Or are you an APMG Change Management Practitioner? Have you got experience in delivering and implementing change plans and enjoy promoting the positive outcome?If so, we have a fantastic new opportunity for you! We are excited to be recruiting a Change Analyst to join our Global Technology Services team. You will be responsible for the development of policies, procedures and standards across all I.T. projects whilst also providing subject matter expertise in the change workstreams of projects. The role is also expected to represent GTS at relevant events, forums, and discussions across the wider AB Agri project delivery communities.What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess, plan and implement system changes for agreed projects
- Produce and deliver change impact assessments and associated action plans
- Promote a positive change culture by ensuring recipients of change are informed & have a positive view of the reasons for change & the benefits of change – ensure no-one is left behind on the change journey
- Engage and build constructive relationships with both the Business and GTS Teams
- Prepare and conduct with the key stakeholders Business Readiness reviews
- Work on the creation and assist in delivering coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences for projects
- Understand the project requirements and being able to use these to develop training materials
- Create and deploy communication plans for agreed projects
- Develop the communications to all relevant stakeholders working with the internal Comms Teams where relevant
- Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in developing and implementing change management policies and procedures
- Delivery of change management plans
- Ability to write clear, coherent, and pragmatic communication
- Experience in developing and delivering communication / engagement plans to support the deployment of IT projects.
- Able to use a variety of communications tools to support the engagement process
- Experience in developing training strategies and plans to support the effective delivery of IT projects
- Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development
- Ability to create learning collateral, both written and e-learning
- Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to a busy work environment and support multiple priorities
