Locations: Belfast (Office based 4 days per week, 1 day on campus)

Fujitsu are running an exciting apprenticeship programme where you will be enrolled on a three-year Foundation Degree in Data Management.

You will be aligned to Business Consulting Higher Level Apprentice Career Pathway which will enable you to develop your skills in Business & Technology Consulting. Throughout your apprenticeship programme you will:

  • Receive Consulting core skills.
  • Gain relevant Industry standard foundation certifications.
  • Attend university studies one day a week and earn while you learn.
  • Experience training and development in ‘soft’ skills and ‘technical’ skills.
  • Learn to be part of a high-performing team.

Working alongside Consultants / Technologists and Project Teams you will:

  • Help solve Business problems.
  • Support the implementation of Business solutions through Business Change activities.
  • Deliver exciting customer projects that have relevant business challenges within different industry and government sectors.
  • Build stakeholder relationships.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will join a team of Business Analysts and Consultants:

  • Responsible for the functionality of our software solutions and – through methodical troubleshooting, testing, and professional collaboration – provide front-end support services either directly to the customer end-users of the applications or to service delivery functions.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreement requirements for customers on problems resolved.
  • Ensuring work is delivered to agreed timescales.
  • Supporting Customer Experience consultants to discover what matters to our customers, design the desired customer experience, and deliver outcomes that demonstrate value for our customers.
  • Analysing customer data and identifying opportunities to help our customers understand and improve the customer experience for their own customers.
  • Able to provide evidence of clear and concise communication.
  • An up-to-date Personal Development Plan is in place.

Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 64 UCAS points.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C or Level 4 or above) or equivalent essential skills.
  • Some applicants may not have traditional qualifications as listed above, and have prior learning and skills developed from the workplace, these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Recruitment process

After your initial application you will be asked to complete an online assessment, please allow up to 60 minutes to complete. Please answer all questions honestly, we want to see the authentic you, to understand your strengths and how you could contribute as an Early Career Professional at Fujitsu. The next stage of the process is a virtual assessment centre and interview.

Our Higher-Level Apprenticeship is only open to candidates with right to work in the UK.
