Job description: This International Bank has a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Continuity and Operational Resilience to join the organisation in order to help shape the future of the function and raise awareness of Operational Resilience in the organization. This is a small organisation where you will join a mature function and be able to take ownership of the work you do.In this role you will be responsible for, conducting BIA’s, creating and testing BCP’s, mapping important business services, conducting training and exercises, and implementing frameworks, amongst other responsibilities.The company is looking for someone who has strong Operational Resilience skills and experience working in-line with the FCA and PRA regulations as well as Business Continuity skills.
