This BD Analyst role is newly created and will play an integral part in assisting the firm to achieve their strategic goals by providing insight and analysis on new and existing clients, markets and opportunities. As its newly created, there is a real opportunity to make an impact and add real value in a role that will evolve and grow with the successful candidate. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders and will offer a great deal of autonomy.

The remit of the BD Analyst role will include:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyse industry data and market intelligence to provide insights that inform business development strategies.
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Compile and analyse quarterly and annual WIP, revenue and time recording data to identify areas for improvement and effectiveness
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships by providing support in proposal preparation, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales and client management teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment in business development strategies.

The successful candidate for this BD Analyst role will need:

  • Proven experience in business development, market research, or a similar analytical role, gained in a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Expected salary: £45000 – 50000 per year
