Responsibilities:
- Implementing growth strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones to generate £2M pa + revenue.
- Seeking out and capitalizing on new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and industry players.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop persuasive pitches and presentations.
- Leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.
- Providing insights on market trends and monitoring competitor activities.
- Assisting the leadership team in setting revenue targets and defining business goals.
Qualifications:
- 7 years+ background in new business development, ideally within a digital agency or a consulting environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital transformation trends and technology.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A history of developing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities with adept problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
