Job description: JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive
LOCATION: West Sussex
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (with flexibility on hybrid)
SALARY: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Office Angels has teamed up with their client to on board a Business Development Executive to their growing team. We’re seeking a confident, dynamic, and ambitious individual with a proven track record in B2B sales.
Reporting to your Manager, your role involves generating new business, up selling the Company’s portfolio, and meeting monthly sales targets.
About your new role:
- Meet monthly sales targets for both new and existing business
- Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts
- Follow up on all referrals and leads
- Confidently discuss various products and services
- Plan and make calls to new prospects, creating new opportunities
- Schedule meetings with decision makers
- Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring timely processing of quotes and orders
- Maintain clear and accurate customer records on the company CRM system
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to business growth and reputation
- Collaborate closely with various departments within the company
About you:
- B2B sales experience is essential
- Account management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Impressive organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills for confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective networking, opportunity development, and closing abilities
- Proven success in achieving new business targets and exceeding KPIs
