What you will do

New Tech, a leader in enterprise-level electronic security systems, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and acquiring new service maintenance contracts in the UK.

How you will do it

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target Blue Chip companies within the following target verticals, corporate banking, real estate, hospitality, finance, large commercial, aviation and defence, data centers to expand our client portfolio.
  • Service Maintenance Contracts: Develop and execute strategies to secure new service maintenance contracts for electronic security systems, with a focus on access control and CCTV solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target clients to understand their maintenance needs and position our services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including service, sales, technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.

What we look for

  • Proven experience in business development within the electronic security systems industry.
  • Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, and other electronic security solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of successfully securing and managing service maintenance contracts.
  • Familiarity with the UK market and key sectors mentioned.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
