The website, Times Money Mentor, which is part of The Times and The Sunday Times, is now looking for a Business Operations Analyst to ensure we offer our readers helpful, accurate, up-to-date and engaging financial products and services, to support our readers with their next financial decision.

Working in a hybrid role – split between our fantastic London Bridge office and home – you willbe a CMS expert with good analytics stills, managing Best Buys tables, content and site data, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout.You’ll be working closely with the rest of the editorial, product and commercial teams, as well as the wider business. You’re a team player but also someone who’s just happy to get on with things.

Times Money Mentor is on a mission to demystify money, so a passion for helping readers engage with their finances is a must. Experience in personal finance and online publication is required. Please indicate on your application any relevant experience you have.

Day to day you will be:

  • Monitoring feeds and financial data on at least a daily basis

Alerting Editorial & Commercial teams to new or changing products

Working with SEO and Product to impSetting up and implementing new product tables and new pageslement site changes and help develop new site features

Monitoring daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

Building processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance

Driving critical analysis and recommendations on priority topics and escalations related to editorial and commercial strategy across all our pages and verticals

Working with product and SEO to ensure systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
