As the Business Process Analyst, you’ll be working alongside other Aftermarket teams to improve and streamline processes, supported by analytical insights that help decision making and build the foundations of the operational excellence framework for a renewed dual branded Global Supply team.

Part of Global Customer Service, Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain makes a substantial contribution to company profits. The team is responsible for the end to end, global, transformational Programme to deliver updated systems, process and physical infrastructure to support the growth of the business and to deliver a single JLR supply chain to support customer service and business targets.

We are now looking for an outstanding experienced individual to join our team, with an appreciation of Aftermarket Supply Chain and a broad experience in project management and operational excellence principles.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally to do the process confirmation and process audit (systems and ways of working) and ensure process are up to date and reflect the current way of working in the different Aftermarket functions. Identify and manage deviations.
  • Identify, document and promote opportunities to improve processes based on the process confirmation and audits, interactions with stakeholders and root cause analysis.
  • Responsible for the documentation, maintenance and sign off of the Aftermarket Supply processes and procedures, according JLR standards (process flow and detailed work instructions).
  • Build and maintain the Operational Excellence framework related to the existing processes (i.e. FMEA, Business Continuity Plan, Access management, Metrics, Supply Planning Manual, etc.)
  • Lead and support internal training initiatives related with Aftermarket processes.
  • Support project work related with business transformation led by other workstreams/projects when process support is required.
  • Establish positive working relationships across multiple functions to ensure collaborative approach in achieving desired improvement.
  • Build and Maintain Tableau Dashboards to assist working arrears with data analytics and reporting.
  • Build/Maintain Power Automate flows to automate key business processes.
  • Be the SharePoint Admin for the Aftermarket Supply Function. Ensuring correct access is given when requested and amended when required. Balancing protecting our data with granting correct access.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

As the Business Process Analyst, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Process mapping and documentation expertise. Microsoft Visio essential.
  • Highly analytical, able to analyse and interpret data to drive conclusion and insights.
  • Experience in process optimisation, re-engineering with great initiative to spot opportunities to improve.
  • Well organised with a process orientated mind set and great attention to detail.
  • Quick learner, self- driven and system oriented, with an ability to understand the integration of multiple tools and working environments into an end-to-end process.
  • Strong IT Desktop skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint plus collaborative tools (Office 365, Teams).
  • Working experience with SAP in material management and supply chain processes.
  • Experience of working in an operational environment with multiple inputs and stakeholders whilst remaining focused on deliverables and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the Aftermarket parts business
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to effectively plan and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with great domain in presenting complex topics in an easy way.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Macro building with Excel/VBA.
  • Tableau experience.
  • SharePoint Access Control experience.
