Job description: We are looking for a QC Administrator to join our Mitie FRA Team to provide administrative support in a varied and interesting role.Main Duties

  • Spelling and grammar quality checks for FRA reports
  • Data quality checks for FRA reports
  • Monitor and push project data through internal systems within agreed timescales, escalating any issues or concerns immediately
  • Provide overall admin support for the team
  • Assist with producing project reports
  • Keep relevant systems up to date with latest project information
  • At the request of senior management, undertake other duties which are considered reasonable and appropriate to the role

Person Specification

  • Ideally with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office in particular Excel, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.
  • Must work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and high standards of work
  • Must be able to take direction and work well independently
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Confident in communicating with all members of the office, including senior management
  • Must be a team player
