DescriptionThis role has a starting salary of £27,897 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.The working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.We have a fantastic opportunity within our team! We are hiring a new Business Support Administrator to support the business needs of our thriving outdoor learning provision, Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD). By joining our small, vibrant team, based in a beautiful rural location in the Surrey Hills you will be part of an organisation that makes a positive and long-lasting impact on people’s lives.This role is onsite and our office is based in Mickleham, Dorking at High Ashurst Outdoor Centre.Rewards and Benefits

Our mission is to enrich personal and social development, elevate achievement and foster aspirations in life.About the RoleAs Business Support Administrator your role will include a range of interesting customer services including:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Liaising with, and managing bookings for, our customers
- Working in the areas of Outreach
- Supporting workplace conferences, meeting and commissioning work
- Dealing with general business support functions
Shortlisting CriteriaTo be considered for shortlisting for this position your CV and personal statement will clearly evidence the following:
- Relevant business administration to NVQ L2/3, or able to evidence knowledge and understanding of business support functions
- Competent in a range of IT tools
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build sound relationships with customers
- Ability to prioritise and plan own workload and work using own initiative
